Asante Mini EN/SC 10T drivers needed

I recently resurrected a Powerbook 150 that had been sitting unused for over a decade. I'd like to get in online, and I have an Asante Mini EN/SC SCSI to ethernet adapter. I am lacking, however, a copy of the necessary drivers. Once upon a time, these were available online, but evidently no longer. Does anybody have a copy?
